Diana Draghi

 MS, BCBA

Clinical Director/Owner

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) with over 20 years of experience working with individuals with autism and intellectual delays. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland and a Masters of Science degree in Behavioral Analysis from Simmons University. I also hold undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business Administration.

I utilize a person centered approach to provide individualized treatment to each client I serve. My goal is to help the client with skill acquisition, adaptive living skills, and reduction of maladaptive behaviors to enable them to achieve the highest quality of life possible.

I am the mother of three adult children with the youngest having autism. I fully understand the challenges of aggressive and self-injurious behaviors, property destruction, meltdowns and other maladaptive behaviors. I also know the overwhelming joy of seeing your child experience a "first". These are things that only an autism parent can truly understand. I know what its like to want the best for your child and struggle to find services. Whether you are just starting the "Autism Journey" or you have years of experience as an autism parent/caregiver, I am here to provide you with support and research backed treatment interventions to make that journey a little less overwhelming.
